Quit Smoking

This article of mine is base on my true to life story and years of experienced in smoking cigarettes and how to quit smoking and won the battle and kicked that bad habit which is smoking cigarettes…

We all know that smoking is dangerous to our health, there are many advertisements and news regarding how to quit smoking and much people (smokers) are using this kind of habit. We also aware the risk and diseases which can cause by smoking but the question is, Why do people smokes? Well, in my opinion, I started doing this, shall we called it bad habit since i was sixteen years of age. Way back in the years which I am started to smoke, smoking to me is just like heaven, I didn’t realize how much damage it is going to be. I started to  smoke after every meal, then, my parents didn’t know that I am smoking. I do smoke when my parents are gone or in the comfortroom. After that when I graduated secondary level, my smoking habit get start to increased and my parents  know that I am smoking. First they get mad, of course, it is common for parents to get mad when they know that they kids got to this bad habit. Days, weeks, months, years passed. I continued to smoke and my parents dicided to put me in some Quit Smoking Center or shall we called it Rehabilitaion Center for Smokers. Quit Smoking Centers covers and monitors all the activities while you are inside. There are many activities, duties and resposibilities which is very implemented in the Quit Smoking Center. When I finish the procedures I went back home and feel the cravings of smoking. I have a weak power of will that is why I continued to smoke.  That is the first time that I took a Quit Smoking Rehab. method.
After that I smoke and smoke and smoke. After one day, i woke up by this terrible cough which bother my whole family because of that cough. Then day by day started to feel weak and my hygiene became worst. my teeth became yellowish and my breath is not fresh (always) even I brush my teeth, I started to have a gum problem, skin became dead and dry, always having a cough and colds, my hands always smell bad and some things became worst and that is the time that I realized that all the hygiene changes is all cause by my bad habit which is smoking cigarettes. I decided to quit smoking and kick that bad habit before it is too late. I went personally in my previous Quit Smoking Rehab Center. They offered me an quit smoking treatments and guide which I will follow every day in my life. First and second day, no sign of cravings but in the third day somethings go wrong again I felt the cravings and felt something. I cant explain it but I know the reason why is it happening because I haven’t take a single puff of cigarette, that is why my blood circulation stops a while. And again, I don’t have a strong will power I continue to smoke again. After I finish to smoke, I ask my self, Why did I use to smoke again? Why did I controlled it? What Happen to the methods of Quit Smoking that my doctor gave to me?
The answer is, I am not prepare to quit smoking.

Additional information regarding to stop smoking

Nicotine is a chemical which can only be found in Tobacco. Smoking cigarettes leads to a dependence on nicotine. Cessation of smoking leads to physiological symptoms of withdrawal. Methods of smoking cessation must address this dependency and subsequent withdrawal symptoms.
There are many methods in Quit smoking and tips in quit smoking which is very effective and efficient but the thing is if you are not prepare and you don’t have the will power and mind set I guess you cannot beat the bad habit which is the one source of different kinds of illness and diseases even can cause sudden death. Quit smoking is one tough dicision to make and to do. Here are the two things you might to consider in quitting smoking cigarettes the will power and the mind set.

Will Power; the strength of will to carry out one's decisions, wishes, plans, strength of will, mind, or determination; self-control.

Mind Set; a fixed mental attitude or disposition that predetermines a person's responses to and interpretations of situations. An attitude, disposition, or mood, an intention or inclination.

These two things can change and help smokers on how to quit smoking. Methods and products even guide are very easy to find in different rehab center or you can consult your doctor to help you out and kick that bada habit of your’s. you can also make your own quitting methods you can also ask your family and friends to help you to stop smoking. prayers is one key of gaining the success in beating this habit of your’s.
